Changes to Member Accounts
At its meeting last week the Board agreed to implement a more streamlined member accounts system offering a better service to members through increased spending options, and to implement this from cut-over to the MiClub Membership System.
Current Account Types
Currently each member has a Subscription, Competition, House and Pro-shop account, and we are sure that all are familiar with how these operate. The previous Lifestyle Account moved to the points-based system under MiClub as previously advised
Following Cut-over Members Will Have 3 account types:
Subscription - where your current subscription balance will show
And 2 accounts for use in the Club:
Levy - where the house levy paid as part of your subscription will be displayed and will have the normal end of year expiry.
Club - which will combine the current competition and Pro-shop accounts and where any member top-up will be placed.
Levy and Club Account Use
There will no longer be restrictions on where the levy and Club accounts can be used within the Club for purchases of goods, these accounts may be used in the bar, bistro and pro-shop areas.
Note that Tatt Golf is in full support of these changes.
Cut-over - Transition to New Account Types Changes
The following will occur to members accounts for this transition:
Levy:
Any members House Levy that was paid as part of their subscription account that remains unused will transition into this account with the expiry date remaining at 31.12.24
Club:
Unused balances of house top-ups along with the current competition and pro-shop account balances will be transferred into this account type. There is no expiry date.
Further information on the new membership system as it impacts members will be forthcoming.
