COVID-19 UPDATE - Changes to Golf & Hospitality - 29th October 2021
The State Government has announced that from Friday the 29th of October at 6:00 P.M. the State enters Phase C of the COVID roadmap.
This has some significant and positive impacts on Your Club - particularly in the hospitality services area.
To ensure that Your Club can comply with the new requirements the following changes will take place effective from Friday the 29th October at 6:00 P.M.
GOLF
No changes to the general operations as advised via email on 21/10 (click here for a copy)
HOWEVER
Face Masks are no longer required outdoors from 6:00 PM 29/10/21.
There are some resulting changes to time-sheets / tee times that the Club will be implementing - details will be in tomorrow's This Golfing Week. Competitions have also resumed.
HOSPITALITY
Again no changes to general operations as advised on 21/10.
HOWEVER
Numbers allowed within the clubhouse increase to 1 person per 4m2 allowing Your Club to:
- Re-open the Bistro - commencing Saturday the 30th of October.
- Re-commence Friday Members Night - commencing from 6:00 pm tomorrow.
- Re-commence a number of its function activities.
Note that
You CAN order at the bar but MUST return to your seat to consume your purchases.
Face masks must still be worn inside unless eating or drinking.
A reminder to:
- SAVE both the Course and Clubhouse codes as favourites on the Services Victoria app. You can then simply click on the favourites and check in rather than scan when you enter.
- Link your vaccination status to the Service Victoria App. CLICK HERE FOR INSTRUCTIONS.

For understanding that there are a number of requirements that must be complied with to ensure compliance with Government directives in particular the need to QR code when checking into the course and hospitality areas and the need to provide proof of double vaccination in the hospitality areas EACH time you visit these areas of Your Club.
