2022 Scholarship Winners

The Ballarat Golf Club is excited to award the 2022 Junior Scholarship to Rex Hodge & Molly Dennis.

Congratulations to you both, you have both submitted outstanding applications and we are excited to have you as ambassadors for the Ballarat Golf Club.

You both have an exciting year ahead & we hope you enjoy every moment.

We would also like to congratulate all of the juniors who submitted applications - keep up the good work & enjoy your golfing adventures!

The prize pack Molly and Rex have received includes:

  • A 2023 Vic Open "VIP Experience” Including the opportunity to be an on course scorer or score board carrier for the final group during the Vic Open
  • A Ballarat Golf Club Membership for the 2023 calendar year
  • Full game analysis with a BGC Professional through David Wallis Golf
  • One Term of golf training with Ballarat Junior Golf Academy
  • A once in a lifetime half day experience at the PGA centre for learning and performance including:
    - Trackman ball flight analysis
    - Putt lab analysis
    - Golf specific physical screening
    - Golf Fitness and condition training

    - 1 x dozen Titleist Pro V1 or Pro V1x Golf Balls

  • If the successful applicant held a Junior Membership at another club in 2022, Ballarat Golf Club will pay for that membership in 2023.

The Ballarat Golf Club started the Junior Scholarship with the aim to reward two junior golfers in the Ballarat Region with a membership and a number of opportunities that would help with the juniors golf game and provide unique experiences throughout the year.
