Saturday night the club hosted its first wine dinner with a small group of members. Head Chef Adam Avery showcased his culinary tallent and plated a delicious 5 course degustation menu paired with wines by Calabria Wines.
Wine maker Tony Steffania spoke about the company and explained to our members about the wines for the night.
Everyone had such a wonderful evening with requests to host more of these nights!
