Held over two days on February 1st and 2nd 2020, the Ballarat Golf Club will welcome back for a third year the Australian Ladies Professional Golf Association, for a Two Day Pro Am Event the Ballarat Icons Pro-Am.

The Pro-Am on Saturday 1st will be followed by a seeded Professional-only event on Sunday, February 2nd offering a great opportunity for spectators to enjoy some world-class Women's golf right here in Ballarat.

“ We are thrilled to secure the ProAm for a third straight year. It’s great to work with the ALPG and to see golfers of all ages and abilities step out onto the course alongside professional female golfers from around the world, and play under real tournament conditions. This is an experience that is truly unique and perhaps has the most impact on our younger generation of golfers who have really embraced the event” said Ballarat Golf Club President Wayne Hines

“The event has engaged our members especially our female members and juniors like no event we have held before, and to be positioned on the ALPG tour right before the Vic Open is really positive, the players are getting ready to compete in the countries favourite golf event and we get to host and play alongside them during the lead up”.

ALPG CEO Karen Lunn said that the players are already looking forward to the Ballarat Icons Pro-am in 2020.
